Held in the peaceful natural surroundings of Sonoma County, California, this 4-night experience offers an opportunity to reclaim your strength, clarity, and inner power through movement, education, community, and meaningful rest.
Led by internationally respected women’s wellness educator Jennifer More, this retreat integrates nervous system science, corrective movement, core strength, hormonal health, and thoughtful conversation in a supportive and beautiful setting. During your time together, you’ll receive a personalized body assessment, daily movement practices, nourishing chef-prepared meals, a 90-minute spa session, and space to reconnect with yourself in a new way.
This payment is for your deposit only. Your $750 deposit secures your space. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the retreat, and flexible payment plans are available upon request.
